1.Spend time with your family and consult to them. Call your friends, be there for them
2. Play with your pets, show them how much you care! It's never a bad thing to give joy to another living spirit.
3.Stop your desires of eating the detrimental foods. Eat right!. For a snack that is easy and refreshing have a plate of fruits, carrots, cucumbers, etc. together with water or juice. It's easy to prepare and good to eat, as well as have the benefits of help make you healthy.
4.Love yourself because you are the best friend you have indeed. Have fun and enjoy life! Trust your instincts. They'll help you get through life, and when you're in a bad situation, you may find that they're more helpful than ever.
5.Everyday, do something you like.
6.Take a walk outside, somewhere peaceful. It's great exercise and can also help to clear your head of any worries or problems.

10.Live in the moment. It’s easy to spend so much time in your own head that you never actually connect with the things around you.
11.Maybe you’re playing out fantasies, arguments, or apocalypse scenarios in your head at the same time you don't have the clarity to solve your most pressing problems.Maybe it's time to develop a plan. Don't become an indefinite optimist be a definite optimist with a plan for the future.
12.Think of something you’d enjoy creating—a blanket, a song, or a small piece of furniture—and then do some research today to take the first step in doing it.
13.We become what we practice. Each tiny step in the journey is equally as essential as the destiny, and many times the tiny step is much more fulfilling than the final goal. In fact, it is the collection of tiny steps that we support and not so much, say, a degree in your case.
