10 tips courtship.

1. Ask yourself why do you want to be in a relationship? Many people want to go into a relationship for the wrong reasons it's not about what you can get from a relationship is about what you can get. How can this relationship make you a better? You must remember that I relationship is bigger than you and that person a relationship affects the whole community that you live in.





2. Be honest about what you're looking for. Nothing is worse than being in being in a relationship with an abstraction. If you are looking at someone as a finish you are wanting the wrong thing. A person is more than an abstract finish. The individual is not the color of their skin, how much money do they make, who they know, how old, are how young they are.

3. Do you have anything in common with the person? A relationship won't last if the two of you do not have anything in common. Once you know what you have in common you can achieve great things together. Granted differences help but what you have in common with your partner will keep you together.

4. Does this person have your best interest in mind? Many of us love the people who are the most detrimental to our evolution. The person who is going to be honest with you is the person who is good for you. Don't date someone who will assist you in living in a fantasy.

5. Be ready for a relationship. If you feel that you're not ready to be faithful and you are not ready to be in a relationship. I do believe that one can be monogamous. Although monogamy can mean different things to different people. Make sure you have a clear definition.


6. Showed them the money. Nobody likes someone who is cheap. If you like someone you must invest in them. Invest with your time, energy, attention, and compassion.


7. Be on time. No one likes someone who is late on the first date. If your going to be late call and let them know 30 minutes before arrival.

8.If you go out don't drink too much. It's never a good idea to get drunk on the first date.best not to  drink at all. If you are going to drink keep it to a 2 drink minimum.

9. Don't talk about polarizing issues. So religion, politics, and past relationships are off the table. Keep the conversation fun.

10. Look for body language. If the person has their arms folded at the end of the date don't expect a second date. If the date ends on a mediocre note it's best to let it go. A person who wants to be with you should be excited!

1. Make sure your resume is flawless! This can be done by going to Office Depot and finding the latest resume software. If you're looking for a professional to adjust your resume check out fiver.com or elance.com 

2. Make sure your resume it's the job description. This is vital importance. Also having a great Cover letter to convey your interest in this position.

3. Make sure your LinkedIn profile is up-to-date. These days employers and recruiters check out LinkedIn to see if it matches up with your resume. You can never be too safe.

4. Make sure your Facebook profile is hidden when you begin the job search. Employers these days will take your email and put it in the Facebook search engine. Make sure the email you use to look for work is different then the email for Facebook.

5.Delegate the job searching  task. For me looking for a job isn't very soul crushing and tedious work. Why not give the responsibility to someone else? In the meantime you can be practicing the interview process.(caution: Make sure you find a virtual assistant that you can trust this can be a tedious process in itself but well worth the effort.)

6. Make sure your phone has an appropriate message. If you cannot answer a call make sure your phone has a professional message. Promptly return the message once you get it.

7.be nice to your recruiter. Your recruiter wants you to be hired. Follow his or her advice and you will be successful. Make sure you can back up anything you put on your resume.

8. Practice the interview. Make sure you know what you're going to say during an interview. Think up any question the interview may ask and have an answer to it.

9. Think of questions to ask the interviewer. Make sure you come up with at least three questions to ask the interviewer during the interview.

10. Ask for what is the next step and when will you get the next interview. No one likes to be left in the dark. Once you ask the interviewer what's the next step and when is the next step, it will ease the uncertainty of when you will hear from a employer. Find out when a decision is supposed to be made.

10 ways to be a better person

1 1. Meditate or use relaxation techniques. Everyone comes to a step where they experience they can't take it anymore, everything is becoming too much, take a step back and take it easy. It's perfectly ok to want a break. 


\2.   Actions speak louder than words. We all have a passion, a desire, a vision, so we choose what we desire to make intentionally, and then have the immense satisfaction of composed it so. We will make it occur. 

3.     Focus on what we will object to happen. We will Listen to our heart, and take the ingenuities that most closely resonate with what we obey. 

4.    Keep the truly serviceable communication you have with good friends, family. You never know when you’ll want to look back on it again to remind yourself of all that’s great about them. 

5.     Staying true to your word is everything!
 
6.     If someone is talking, give him or her your full attention. Its true politeness.
 
7.     Serving others improves who you are – not only in their eyes – but yours as well. The emotions that guide helping others will help you grow in ways you can’t even conceive.
 
8.     Make a desire of what you do well and figure out how to habit it in creative ways. Don’t neglect your normal abilities or talents without being overly self-critical. Focus on one  thing at a time and create discriminating strategies for advancement.
 
9.     Addressing your weaknesses is a huge step toward becoming a better person, but recall, the goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s the striving to improve that force us better
 
10.   Leave your problems at your bedchamber door. By the time you are going to bed, your day is over.. Don’t keep distorting yourself and put that time in your past along with all other prior days.

1.     Start your day with a green smoothie. There is no better road to feed our spirit and bodies than consuming an alkalizing gulp from a healthy smoothie first thing in the morning. Planning your Time the night before should crush this problem correct away. When we diagram our day the night before, we awaken up ready to hit the ground flowing knowing exactly what has to get done.

3.     Jumpstart your day with a workout. I smack it all the time. Fitness is the best productiveness tool you can ever endow in. Find a routine that works best for you and business that course into the ground every morning. By starting our day with a workout, we get the blood flowing and rid ourselves of the morning blues with the rush of endorphins.

If you work from close or outside of an function, regulate a object so people recognize not to call or broken you during certain period blocks. If you are efficient, completely silence block cellphone away so there is no distraction or press to roam from the task at hand.

6.     Quit playing on that phone! Your phone is designed obstruct to your mind. Hit an icon, get a hit of dopamine. Yes, we know smartphones are superior for when you have to postpone in line for more than five minutes.Just done postpone the life infront of your eyes.


7.     Set a deadline and do not break it. If you have a deadline to get something done, you can push it off prepare tomorrow. Then you never get it done!

10. Make it 10x better!. What ever you do think about what effort it will take and multiply it by 10.What ever you do always plan ahead. Think about 10 challenges to your plan, Think of 10 ways to deal with those challenges. If you have a good idea think of 10 great alternatives. The 10X plan uncovers the principle of “Massive Action,” allowing you to shatter your own limiting beliefs.
